The International Sleep Replay Workshop brings together scientists from around the world who study the interface between sleep and memory. The focus of the workshop is on understanding how reactivation of memories during sleep impacts consolidation. Talks and discussions center on studies manipulating and monitoring reactivation, primarily in humans.
The first two ISRWs were independent events, held in Evanston, IL (2019) and virtually (2020). In 2023, the third workshop was held as a satellite conference the day before LEARNMEM2023 (Huntington Beach, CA). The 4th International Sleep Replay Workshop (ISRW) was held virtually on December 5th and 6th, 2024. To accommodate multiple time zones, the workshop consisted of two half-days starting at 3 PM GMT. The workshop typically includes short invited talks, discussion groups, and tutorials, as well as time to interact informally.
