We do not tolerate harassment of workshop participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any part of the workshop, including talks, discussion groups, poster Zoom rooms, or personal or public chat messages. Workshop participants violating these rules may be removed and blocked from the virtual workshop at the discretion of the workshop organizers.
The Less Quick Version
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, academic rank, country of residence, technology choices, sexual images/language in virtual or physical public spaces, deliberate intimidation, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact (in hubs), and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the workshop organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the workshop.
