Poster session guidelines:
- All posters will be presented over a one-hour slot on the first day. To see when that slot is in your time zone, go to the schedule.
- Every poster is allotted a 20-minute slot (see below).
- Presentation of the first four posters will start on the hour, the next four will start five minutes later, and so on. For example, if you are in the Pacific Time Zone, posters will be presented between 10:00 and 11:00 am local time, and Gautam Narayan’s poster will be presented between 10:05 and 10:25 am.
- The 20-minute slot can be used for presentations and Q&A, at the presenter’s discretion.
- We recommend that the first 5 minutes be dedicated to presentation and the remaining 15 minutes to Q&A.
- The poster list, including links, is shared below and can be accessed using this link: https://tinyurl.com/ISRWposters
Poster preparation (deadline – December 2nd, 11:59 pm GMT):
- Please upload your poster to your local Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox and share it with “Everyone with the link”. This is not mandatory but allows attendees to view your poster outside of the designated time and freely zoom-in on their screen which might be harder via “share screen”.
- If you’d like to share a video of you presenting the poster (5 minutes max), please upload that and share it similarly.
- Send both links to a friend/colleague, so that they validate that they can see it on their computer.
- Create a Zoom meeting at the designated time from your personal Zoom.
- Send a link to your personal Zoom meeting and to the documents to omersharon@berkeley.edu. Please do not send the documents themselves, only links.
